Request for Withdrawal

In case you have second thoughts and wish to return the purchased goods, we remind you that you have the opportunity to do so within 14 days of receipt, as stated in Article 52 of the Consumer Code.

For purchases made through our online shop there is no exchange or replacement of a single item, so you will have the option to return the entire order or only part of it, but a refund will follow. Also, for the procedure dire cess to be successful, it is necessary that the products are returned in perfect condition, complete with all accessories and original bags. The products must not have been altered, show no signs of use etc., and the packaging must appear intact.

If possible, you may put the products back inside the packaging with which they were delivered to you, taking care to remove any labels present. If the returned goods do not conform to what is indicated, Nuvita has the right not to recognize and make a refund.

Once we have received the goods at our warehouse and verified the integrity of the items, we will disburse the refund in the manner in which you made the purchase, except for cash on delivery payments, for which a bank transfer will be issued at the bank indicated by you. From the total refund will be deducted the withdrawal fee of € 5.00.
